BOUNDARY SURVEYS - This is the most frequently requested type of survey. Individuals, businesses, government agencies and/or others need to know where the boundary lines of a property are located. A boundary survey generally consists of marking all of the corners and/or angle points along the exterior of the property, we can also place points along a property line if this is requested. Often this is helpful if it is not possible to see directly between the corners of the property. At times, the client will request that a drawing of their survey be made and supplied to them. If a drawing is desired we can include as much or as little information on the drawing as the client wishes. Common items included on a boundary survey are buildings, driveways, and sidewalks. Drawings are generally desirable for permit applications, to create a permanent record of the survey, to indicate the results of the survey to a third party.
